Program Description: 
The National Women's Studies Association leads the field of women's studies in educational and social transformation and is dedicated to teaching, research, and service in women's studies and gender studies. The NWSA Lesbian Caucus Award provides a $500 annual research award in recognition of a master's thesis or doctoral dissertation research project in the social sciences that resonates with the mission of NWSA and the goals of the Lesbian Caucus. Graduate students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents in the thesis or dissertation writing stage may apply. Deadline is usually in the Spring.
